水稻籼粳亚种间杂交常规育种工作中,最棘手的两大难题:一是后代性状“高度分离”;二是后代”结实率低”。 本研究认为:形成籼粳杂交后代“结实率低”的原因有二:1.花粉的可育率低;2.柱头对自花花粉的不亲和性。 形成籼粳杂交后代性状“高度分离”的原因有四:1.子房的可育率接近常值,但花粉的可育率较低,尤以低世代子房的可育率极显著地高于自花花纷的可育率;2,柱头对异花花粉的亲和性;3.同花期不同基因型外界花粉的介入,即天然异交;4.误选。 本研究旨在为籼粳亚种间杂交后代性状的快速稳定,提供依据和方法。
The two most difficult problems in conventional breeding of indica-japonica inter-subspecies hybrid rice are as follows: first, offspring are highly segregated; second, offspring have low seed setting rate. This study suggests that there are two reasons for the formation of “low seed setting rate” in progeny of indica-japonica hybrids: 1. The fertility of pollen is low; 2. The incompatibility of stigma to self-pollen. There are four reasons for the formation of “highly segregated” traits in offspring of indica and japonica hybrids: 1. The fertility of ovary is close to normal, but the fertility of pollen is low, especially the fertility of ovary in low generation is extremely high In the self-inflicted fertility rate; 2, stigma affinity for cross-flowered pollen; 3. Flushing different genotypes of external pollen intervention, that is, natural outcrossing; 4. Misuse. The purpose of this study is to provide a basis and method for the rapid and stable traits of offspring between indica and japonica hybrids.
