我们以自制大肠杆菌内毒素经静脉注入动物体内,间隔一段时间后,再注入鲎变形细胞溶解物(LLT),以观察其能否阻断内毒素对实验动物的致死作用。材料和方法取家兔14只,体重为2.2~2.5公斤,采用戊巴比妥钠30毫克/公斤耳静脉注入麻醉。随机分成二组,一组由颈静脉注入自制内毒素(8毫克/公斤),另一组在注入内毒素后45分钟再注入鲎试剂1.0毫升。另取大白鼠20只,体重220~350克,采用戊巴比妥钠50毫克/公斤腹腔内麻醉。随机分成二组,一组于颈静脉内注入内毒素(15毫克/公斤),另一组于注入内毒素后15分钟再注入鲎试剂0.5毫升,观察动物存活情况。鲎试剂系厦门医药研究所供给。
We injected E. coli endotoxin into the animals intravenously, and after a certain period of time, injected limulus amebocyte lysate (LLT) to observe whether it could block the lethal effect of endotoxin on experimental animals. Materials and Methods Fourteen rabbits, weighing 2.2-2.5 kg, were anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital 30 mg/kg ear vein. They were randomly divided into two groups. One group was injected with endotoxin (8 mg/kg) from the jugular vein and the other group was injected with 1.0 ml of limulus reagent 45 minutes after endotoxin injection. Another 20 rats were taken, weighing 220-350 g, intraperitoneally anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium 50 mg/kg. They were randomly divided into two groups. One group was injected with endotoxin (15 mg/kg) in the jugular vein, the other group was injected with 0.5 ml of limulus reagent 15 minutes after the endotoxin was injected, and the survival of the animals was observed. The limulus reagent is supplied by the Xiamen Institute of Medicine.
