目的了解人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染对兔平滑肌细胞(SMC)凝集素样氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体-1(LOX-1)表达的影响,探讨HCMV在动脉粥样硬化(AS)发生发展中的可能作用机制。方法采用RT-PCR、Western blotting等技术检测HCMV ADl69株感染的兔SMC中LOX-1的表达。结果HCMV感染兔SMC后,LOX-1表达明显升高(P<0.01)。结论HCMV可引起兔SMC中LOX-1的表达上调,这可能是HCMV参与AS的机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection on the expression of lectin-like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1) in rabbit smooth muscle cells (SMC) and to explore the role of HCMV in the development of atherosclerosis The possible mechanism of action in development. Methods The expression of LOX-1 in rabbit SMC infected with HCMV ADl69 strain was detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results HCMV infected rabbit SMC LOX-1 expression was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion HCMV can induce the up-regulation of LOX-1 in SMC, which may be one of the mechanisms of HCMV involved in AS.
