目的研究探讨供应室复用医疗器械的清洗方法,比较不同清洗剂对器械清洗效果的影响,为消毒供应中心器械清洗提供科学依据。方法执行标准预防措施,将随机选取的600件术科复用污染器械进行评估、分类及预处理,随机分为三组,每组200件,分别装载于三种颜色标记的专用清洗篮,按要求分组清洗:实验组(手工+机械清洗),对照组1(传统手工清洗),对照组2(完全机械清洗)。应用目测方法评价清洗后器械表面有无残留血迹、污垢及锈迹,记录清洗不合格器械数量并计算合格率,组间进行统计学比较。结果传统手工清洗组、完全机械清洗组、手工+机械清洗组的合格率分别为78.0%、76.5%、93.0%,实验组与两对照组两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论手工+机械清洗组方法的清洁效果明显优于其他两种方法,其能保证器械清洗和灭菌成功,降低医院感染率,同时缩短清洗时间,减轻工作人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率,延长器械的使用寿命。解决目前供应室回收的复用医疗器械数量大,种类多,污染严重等问题。
Objective To study the cleaning methods of supply room reusable medical devices and to compare the effects of different cleaning agents on the device cleaning effects and to provide a scientific basis for the disinfection supply center device cleaning. Methods To implement standard precautionary measures, randomly selected 600 pieces of surgical re-use of contaminated equipment assessment, classification and pretreatment, were randomly divided into three groups of 200, each group were loaded on the three color-specific cleaning basket, according to requirements Group cleaning: experimental group (manual + mechanical cleaning), control group 1 (traditional manual cleaning), control group 2 (complete mechanical cleaning). Visual inspection method was used to evaluate whether there was residual blood, dirt and rust on the surface of instruments after cleaning. The number of unqualified instruments was recorded and the pass rate was calculated. Statistical comparison was made between groups. Results The pass rates of the traditional manual cleaning group, the complete mechanical cleaning group and the manual + mechanical cleaning group were 78.0%, 76.5% and 93.0% respectively. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions The manual + mechanical cleaning method has better cleaning effect than the other two methods, which can ensure the success of instrument cleaning and sterilization, reduce the nosocomial infection rate, shorten the cleaning time, reduce the labor intensity, improve the work efficiency and prolong the work efficiency Instrument life. The current supply room to solve the large number of multiplexed medical equipment recycling, variety, serious pollution and other issues.
