目的:探讨优化穿刺针处理流程的有效性及意义。方法:分析以往穿刺针处理过程中存在的问题,设计和制作了穿刺针专用清洗槽,在回收、清洗和检查包装中合理使用该工具,实现流程优化。结果:器械无干涸现象,清洗更容易;减少了针刺伤机率;避免了穿刺针不匹配现象。结论:优化穿刺针处理流程的效果明显,具有借鉴意义,有效提高了工作质量和工作效率。
Objective: To explore the effectiveness and significance of optimizing puncture needle treatment process. Methods: To analyze the problems existed in the puncture needle treatment in the past, and to design and manufacture the special washing tank for puncture needle. The tool should be used reasonably in the process of recycling, cleaning and inspection to optimize the process. Results: The device did not dry up, cleaning was easier; the probability of needle stick injury was reduced; and the needle mismatch phenomenon was avoided. Conclusion: The effect of optimizing the puncture needle treatment process is obvious, with reference significance, effectively improving the quality of work and work efficiency.
