目的调查深圳市公共场所中军团菌的污染状况。方法采集公共场所中水、土壤、风管积尘和气溶胶样本,按照“卫生行业专项任务工作方案”检测军团菌和嗜肺军团菌。结果军团菌阳性率水样为43.3%、气溶胶为3.85%、积尘为0.90%、土壤为0;嗜肺军团菌阳性率水样为36.8%、气溶胶为0%、积尘为0.90%、土壤为0。深圳市公共场所中分离的76株嗜肺军团菌有7种血清型,优势血清型为LP1和LP3,分别占57.9%和25.0%。部分水样存在着多种菌型共生的现象。结论深圳公共场所水环境中嗜肺军团菌污染严重,综合性医院空气中军团菌阳性率较高,公共场所存在军团菌病暴发的隐患。
Objective To investigate the status of Legionella contamination in public places in Shenzhen. Methods Samples of water, soil, duct dust and aerosol in public places were collected and tested for Legionella pneumophila and Legionella pneumophila in accordance with the “Work Program for Special Tasks in the Health Sector”. The results showed that the positive rate of Legionella was 43.3%, the aerosol was 3.85%, the dust was 0.90% and the soil was 0. The positive rate of Legionella pneumophila was 36.8%, the aerosol was 0% and the dust was 0.90% , The soil is 0. There were 7 serogroups of 76 Legionella pneumophila isolated in public places in Shenzhen. The predominant serotypes were LP1 and LP3, accounting for 57.9% and 25.0% respectively. Some water samples exist symbiotic phenomenon of a variety of bacteria. Conclusion The pneumoconiosis caused by Legionella pneumophila in the water environment of public places in Shenzhen was seriously polluted. The positive rate of Legionella in the air of general hospitals was high, and the risk of Legionnaires’ disease outbreak was found in public places.
