在棉花抗枯萎病品种的选育过程中,人工接种病圃的发病程度对正确鉴定品种的抗性和杂交后代的选择效果关系极大。但在长期实践中,病圃经连续使用后,发病有衰退现象。根据我们人工病圃使用三年后的结果:抗病对照品种86—1,1981年蕾期发病株率为4.79%,1982年为1.29%,1983年为1.02%;感病对照品系4448,1981年病死苗重,未作调查,1982年蕾期发病株率为66.7%,1983年为64.5%。为了探讨病圃发病衰退的原因,1983及1984年我们在大丰县金墩乡江苏省农科院试验基点
