国外对煤尘支气管炎的生化改变做了许多工作,如尿肾上腺素排泄量、血清单胺氧化酶活性、血液凝固系统及脂肪代谢等。我们结合发病机制重点观测了煤尘支气管炎的尿儿茶酚胺排泄量,血清口α_1-抗胰蛋白酶活性及单胺氧化酶水平。现报道如下:
Abroad on the biochemical changes in dust bronchitis done a lot of work, such as urinary adrenaline excretion, serum monoamine oxidase activity, blood coagulation system and fat metabolism. We combined with pathogenesis focused on the observation of urinary catecholamine excretion of coal dust bronchitis, serum mouth α 1-antitrypsin activity and monoamine oxidase levels.
