研究了过共晶A390-T6合金挤压铸造成形工艺过程中压力、浇注温度、热处理工艺参数等对合金力学性能与微观组织的影响。实验结果表明:合金共晶硅组织,随着挤压压力增加,共晶硅颗粒越细小且分布也越均匀,当初晶硅大小大约为20~30 μm时随着挤压压力的增加合金共晶硅组织基本保持不变;随着浇注温度的增加,共晶相不断由细小、圆整近似球状向蔷薇状、树枝状转变;在挤压压力为90 MPa时,可获得组织形态较好、结构致密的高性能铸件;在合适的热处理条件下,可以得到良好的显微组织和优良的力学性能。
The effects of pressure, pouring temperature, heat treatment process parameters on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the hypereutectic A390-T6 alloy during extrusion process were studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of extrusion pressure, the eutectic silicon particles are finer and more evenly distributed. When the size of the silicon is about 20-30 μm, the alloy eutectic With the increase of pouring temperature, the eutectic phase continuously changes from small to round shape to roselike and dendritic. When the extrusion pressure is 90 MPa, the morphology of the structure is good, Dense high-performance castings; under the appropriate heat treatment conditions, can get good microstructure and excellent mechanical properties.
