心肌重构是多种心脏疾病共同的病理生理改变,在压力或缺血等刺激下,机体释放多种细胞因子,促进心肌结构改变,最终导致心衰。心肌重构主要包括心肌细胞重构和心肌细胞外基质重构。近年来发现,脂肪组织不仅具有储能、缓冲保护和支持填充等作用,还具有强大的内分泌功能,可分泌多种脂肪因子,包括瘦素、脂联素、内脂素、网膜素、血管紧张素Ⅱ等。目前,有研究表明脂肪因子与心肌重构有着密切关系,本文将对这些因子在心肌重构中的作用做出综述。
Myocardial remodeling is a common pathophysiological change of many kinds of heart diseases. Under the stimulation of pressure or ischemia, the body releases a variety of cytokines and promotes the structural changes of myocardium, finally leading to heart failure. Cardiac remodeling includes cardiomyocyte remodeling and extracellular matrix remodeling. In recent years, it has been found that adipose tissue not only has the functions of energy storage, buffer protection and support filling, but also has strong endocrine function and can secrete a variety of adipokines including leptin, adiponectin, visfatin, Tensorin II and so on. At present, some studies have shown that adipokines are closely related to myocardial remodeling. This article reviews the role of these factors in myocardial remodeling.
