前列腺增生症又称前列腺肥大,是一种前列腺明显增大而影响老年男性健康的常见病。我们在临床实践中体会到,在使用药物、理疗、手术等方法治疗的同时,注意日常生活中饮食起居等的宜忌,对该病的治疗和症状的改善,均有重要影响。 一宜加强体育锻炼,忌骑跨久坐挤压。适当的体育活动,特别是能够增加会阴部运动量的锻炼,可以改善前列腺的血液循环,如收腹提肛操等,有利于病情的缓解。而骑自行车、骑马等骑跨动作和长时间久坐不动等,压迫尿道上段的前列腺部位,使膀胱排空能力降低,易加重病情。
