我们准备用国产聚碳酸酯径迹探测器(朝阳塑料厂生产)探测自然界磁铁矿中的磁单极子。这一实验需要在液氮环境温度下进行。为此,我们研究了探测器温度对它记录裂片径迹的影响。径迹响应是以径迹蚀刻速度V_t和总体蚀刻速度V_g之比V_t/V_g表示。
We are going to explore the magnetic monopole in the magnetite in nature with a domestic polycarbonate track detector (manufactured by Chaoyang Plastic Factory). This experiment needs to be carried out at liquid nitrogen ambient temperature. For this reason, we study the effect of detector temperature on the track of its recorded slice. The track response is expressed as the ratio V_t / V_g of the track etching speed V_t to the total etching speed V_g.
