通过使用改性剂改变细硅铝质石粉(砂岩类)的亲水性,从而降低硅铝质石粉的吸水性、降低对外加剂的吸附;改性后的磨细硅铝质石粉成为细微惰性填充料,取代粉煤灰成为新的矿物掺和料在混凝土中应用。对掺不同比例的改性剂改性磨细硅铝质石粉取代粉煤灰进行混凝土相关性能试验,分析不同掺量改性剂磨细硅铝质石粉对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响,研究结果表明,掺0.3%改性剂改性磨细硅铝质石粉取代粉煤灰和矿粉复合掺入混凝土中,和易性改善,7d、28d龄期强度超越基准混凝土。利用改性剂对硅铝质石粉进行改性,使硅铝质石粉成为混凝土中的一种新型矿物掺和料,为矿山废弃石粉的综合利用开辟了一条新的道路。
By modifying the hydrophilicity of the fine sillimanite (sandstone) by using modifier, the water absorption of the sillimanite powder is reduced and the adsorption to the admixture is reduced; the modified fine sillimanite becomes fine inert Filler, replacing fly ash, has become the new mineral admixture used in concrete. The concrete performance tests were carried out by replacing the fly ash with different proportions of modifier modified fine silicalite powder, and the influence of different content of modified fine silicalite powder on the workability and mechanical properties of the concrete was studied. The results show that, with 0.3% modifier modified silicon aluminum powder instead of fly ash and slag mixed into concrete, the workability improved, 7d, 28d age strength beyond the benchmark concrete. Modification of aluminosilicate powder with modifier makes the sillimanite a new type of mineral admixture in concrete, which opens up a new road for the comprehensive utilization of mine abandoned stone powder.
