On the global stage, the topic of “public administration” as the dominant language in the English language has matured over the past three decades. Now we have reason to believe that this era is becoming a thing of the past. There are three main reasons for this: First, the dominance of the concept and practice of the English language circle has never been attributed to what it sometimes shows. Second, the effectiveness of the typical public management reform in the English-speaking community has always been a problem. Academic research shows that only a small part of these reforms have achieved substantial success; and third, the rest of the world is becoming more politically and economically more influential and confident, and in some cases they also have Own long-standing administrative tradition. However, we are not frustrated by this. This openness provides an opportunity for difficult but potentially meaningful debates that are bound to cross different cultural and administrative traditions.
