CSR has many Ion-pump power suppliers along beam line which have RS232 communication interface only.To solve the problem of communication between central control system and these Ion-pump power suppliers,we have developed a VAC800 module.The main parts of VAC800 are a microcontroller TI- MSP430F149,a Xilinx-CPLD-xc9528 and a hoeool_UA4000 net module.The function of VAC800 is to convert 8CH RS232 serial protocol into TCP/IP protocol.Having received data from Intranet connected to
