武钢七号500吨吹氧平炉的烟气净化系统是由武汉钢铁设计研究院设计的,选择了两台三电场20米~2的电收尘器并联,处理烟气量为每小时20万米~3。1970年竣工后,由于平炉冶炼工艺的改变,双床平炉改为单床吹氧,烟气量增加一倍。1971年投产后不能达到预期效果,只能处理烟气量的40%左右。1979年冶金部环保办公室对吹氧平炉烟气净化列入限期治理项目,并决定成立电收尘器设计样机组,具体解决七号平炉的烟气污染。根据现场具体情况,决定利用原两台20米~2电收尘器,再新设计一台60米~2的电收尘器,三台并联运行,共同净化七号平炉烟气。本文只对新安装的VDⅡ60电收尘器进行技术介绍。
The flue gas cleaning system of Wuhan Iron and Steel No.7 500-ton oxygen blowing furnace was designed by Wuhan Iron & Steel Design and Research Institute. Two electric dust collectors of 20-3 electric fields with three electric fields were selected to be connected in parallel to handle 200,000 meters of flue gas per hour ~ 3. After the completion of 1970, due to changes in open hearth smelting process, double flat hearth furnace changed to single bed oxygen, doubling the amount of flue gas. After 1971 put into operation can not achieve the desired results, only about 40% of flue gas treatment. Metallurgical Department of Environmental Protection Office of the Ministry of Metallurgical Environmental Protection Blow Oven blast furnace gas treatment included in the deadline control project, and decided to set up electric dust collector design prototype unit to solve the seventh flat hearth flue gas pollution. According to the specific conditions of the site, it was decided to use the original two 20m ~ 2 electric dust collectors and redesign a 60m ~ 2 electric dust collector, with three parallel operation to purify the flue gas of No. 7 flatbed furnace. This article only newly installed VD Ⅱ 60 electric precipitator for technical introduction.
