采用半转机构,设计了一种新型的半转翼飞行器。为了验证半转翼飞行器的升力大小,设计出一种新型回转式升力测试装置,解决了现有升力测量装置结构复杂,制造费用大的问题。基于ADAMS建立了升力测试装置的虚拟样机模型,对升力测试装置进行动力学仿真,并对仿真结果进行了对比和验证。结果表明:仿真值与理论值吻合较好,验证了测试装置测试原理的正确性,为后续半转翼飞行器的升力实验提供基础。
Using a half-turn mechanism, a new type of semi-rotary wing aircraft was designed. In order to verify the lift of the semi-rotary wing aircraft, a new type of rotary lift test device is designed, which solves the problem of complex structure and large manufacturing cost of the existing lift measuring device. Based on ADAMS, the virtual prototyping model of the lift test device is established. The dynamic test of the lift test device is carried out. The simulation results are compared and verified. The results show that the simulation value is in good agreement with the theoretical value, which verifies the correctness of the test principle of the test device and provides the basis for the subsequent lift test of the semi-rotary wing aircraft.
