3月30日下午,李克强总理在人民大会堂会见了美国总统特别代表、财政部部长雅各布·卢。在近一小时的会谈中,李克强总理回应了雅各布·卢的一系列尖锐提问,并主动向美方“提要求”。他还特别通过来访的代表团,向美国民众喊话,释放“三大信号”。总理说,中国开放的大门会开得更大,市场会更加开放、透明、可预期,各类投资者在中国将享受更好的投资环境。中美两国“Very different”李克强开门见山表示,“希望我们的交流坦诚而富有成效”。雅各布·卢向总理转达了美国总统奥巴马的问候,欢迎习近平主席年内访美。他说,中美两国都希望对方向好的方向发展,因为“中美两国是世界上两个最大的经济体”。
