随着旅游行业的讯速发展,酒店行业也发展壮大起来,酒店行业的竞争也不断加大。酒店归根结底是行业行为的竞争,其实质是人才的竞争,而员工的竞争最突出的体现是人才员工的流失。本文从当前酒店人才的流失的现状入手,分析了酒店人才流失对酒店造成的影响。并较为深入的分析了造成酒店人才流失的几大原因。并在此基础上提出了减少酒店员工流失的对策建议。
