贵州省桐梓县林下经济建设项目可持续性受到许多因素影响。文章采用二元对比法和专家打分法,将同层中影响因素两两进行比较,构建影响因素权重评判矩阵。运用关联树法对影响因素进行系统分析,归纳提炼出影响林下经济建设项目可持续性影响因素。财政投资、群众经济承受力等是影响桐梓县林下经济建设项目可持续性的关键因素。提出了建立林下经济产业发展保障机制、加强工程资金管理和产业模式创新是构建林下经济建设项目可持续的支撑体系的4个环节。
The sustainability of undergrowth economic construction projects in Tongzi County, Guizhou Province is affected by many factors. The article uses the binary comparison method and the expert scoring method to compare two or two influencing factors in the same layer and construct the weight matrix of influence factors. Applying the method of correlation tree to systematically analyze the influencing factors, summarize and extract the influencing factors of sustainability of under-forest economic construction projects. Financial investment, the economic affordability of the masses and other key factors that affect the sustainability of Tongzi under-construction economic construction projects. It puts forward four aspects of establishing a support system for the economic development of under-forests, strengthening the management of project funds and innovating industrial modes, which is a sustainable support system for building economic construction projects under the forest.
