新闻记者有三大职责:一是采写新闻报道;二是反映情况:三是做群众工作。在这三大职责中,采写新闻报道是记者的首要职责而且是雷打不动,但在履行这一职责时,也应转换自己的角色,要侧重于服务。特别是在揭露问题时,不要就问题而报问题,而应从有利于问题的解决方面,加强服务。广义来说,这些服务既包括新闻记者的另外两个职责,又包括一些更细、更周详的服务。而实现这种服务的最佳方式,就是通过记者的特殊身份和个人能力及社交圈,但凡事要量力而行,要顾全大局。 Journalists have three major responsibilities: one is to write news reports; the other is to reflect the situation: the third is to do mass work.
