The supraeondylar fracture of humerus (sFH) is a fracture that occurs at the junction of the humeral shaft and the humerus. Supracondylar humerus fractures occur most often in children aged 3 to 10 years, accounting for 3% to 7% of pediatric limb fractures and 55% to 80% of elbow fractures [1]. The authors used manual reduction and external fixation with open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of supracondylar humerus fractures in 50 children, now the two groups of clinical treatment and hospitalization days, fracture healing time, postoperative complications and other related indicators are now reported
