大学生处于青春期,生理机能成熟相对较早,心理年龄相对小于生理年龄,他们的是非辨别力、自我控制力、理解能力较差。个别大学生认知能力较低,不能正确认识他人和自我,作出与自己实际身份和年龄不符的决定,导致角色错位;社会的发展以及家庭的教育导致个别大学生不良性格,自由散漫的生活方式无法融入集体管理的环境;各个方面不同方向而来的压力等等,以上种种原因导致了大学生产生心理问题。心理问题具有严重的危害性,它不仅对学生本人及家庭带来痛苦,影响了学校正常的管理秩序,而且极易诱发各种事故。所以,在学校的教学教育中,更加应该重视大学生的心理教育,建设大学生心理危机干预体制,并经常性进行大学生思想工作及管理工作,发现并采取针对性的对策,积极主动地对存在心理问题的大学生进行疏导和调适,从而维护他们的心理健康,预防各种事故发生,为创建和谐稳定的校园生活,完成教育大计。
