反思是教师借助于行动研究,不断探索与解决教育实践中的问题,努力提升教学实践合理性的过程。若能经常性地回眸自己的教育、教学实践,反思实践的得与失,经常通过自觉地自我反思——实践——再反思——再实践,获得有效反思,能让我们感受教育实践和教学的丰实,获得精神的丰富和教学生命的成长,就能对自身的专业发展起到实质性的推动作用。而有效反思是对教师专业智慧的挑战,很多一线教师往往缺乏这样的专业底气。因此反思被认为是一种促进教师专业发展、提高教师素质的重要途径,对教师的专业成长起着举足轻重的作用,进而促进教师和幼儿园的持续发展。
Introspection is the process by which teachers make use of action research, constantly explore and solve problems in educational practice, and strive to improve the rationality of teaching practice. If we can constantly review our own education, teaching practice, and reflect on the gains and losses of practice, often through self-reflection - practice - re-reflection - then practice, get effective reflection, let us feel the education practice and teaching Abundance, spiritual enrichment and the growth of teaching life can play a substantial role in promoting their own professional development. The effective reflection is the challenge of teachers’ professional wisdom, many front-line teachers often lack such professional confidence. Therefore, reflection is considered as an important way to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of teachers, which play an important role in the professional growth of teachers and promote the sustainable development of teachers and kindergartens.
