针对Bowman -Cole用于石灰性土壤有机磷有效性分组方法的缺点 ,在吸收酸性水稻土改进法优点的基础之上 ,提出石灰性土壤活性有机磷和中度活性有机磷的分级方法。活性有机磷 ,指土样用氯仿预处理 ,0 .0 5mol/LNaHCO3 浸提 ,超声波处理 10min ,连续振荡 2 0min所浸提的有机磷 ;中度活性有机磷 ,指按照先碱后酸的浸提顺序 ,1mol/LH2 SO4,连续振荡 2h所浸提的有机磷。 Aiming at the shortcomings of Bowman-Cole method for grouping effectiveness of organic phosphorus in calcareous soils, a method for grading calcareous soil active organophosphate and moderately active organophosphorus was put forward based on the advantages of improved method of acid paddy soils. Active organic phosphorus, refers to soil samples pretreated with chloroform, 0. 0 5mol / LNaHCO3 leaching, ultrasonic treatment 10min, continuous oscillation 20min leaching of organic phosphorus; moderately active organic phosphorus, The order, 1mol / LH2 SO4, 2h continuous extraction of organic phosphorus.
