目的阐明血脂与脑血管病的关系。方法检测了208例脑血管病患者7项血脂指标。甘油三酯、总胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇用酶法测定,载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B100及脂蛋白(α)用免疫多点定标法测定,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇按公式计算。结果脑梗塞组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B100及脂蛋白(α)水平显著高于对照组,甘油三酯、载脂蛋白B100水平也显著高于脑出血组;脑出血组与对照组血脂水平比较差异无显著。结论血脂代谢紊乱是脑梗塞的危险因素。
Objective To clarify the relationship between blood lipids and cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 208 blood lipids were detected in 208 patients with cerebrovascular disease. Triglyceride, total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol by enzymatic determination of apolipoprotein A I, apolipoprotein B100 and lipoprotein (α) determined by immune multipoint calibration, low density lipoprotein cholesterol according to formula Calculate. Results The levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein B100 and lipoprotein (α) in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in control group, triglyceride and apolipoprotein B100 levels were also significantly higher than those in cerebral hemorrhage group There was no significant difference in the level of blood lipid between cerebral hemorrhage group and control group. Conclusion Serum lipid metabolism disorder is a risk factor for cerebral infarction.
