本文在强激光下实验观测了不同镜体材料与结构的相变致冷镜的热畸变。结果表明 :在镜体结构相同情况下 ,硅相变致冷镜明显优于铜相变致冷镜 ;蜂状结构的镜体稍好于环行通道状结构。
In this paper, under the intense laser experimentally observed the thermal distortion of the phase change cooling mirror of different lens materials and structures. The results show that in the same condition of the mirror body, the chilled phase mirror of the phase change of the silicon is better than that of the copper phase change chiller. The bee body of the honeycomb structure is slightly better than the ring channel structure.
