一、制订合理的教学目标新课程落实到具体的教学目标中,要求从三个维度去确定教学目标,即知识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观。应当明确的是,后两个目标是建立在双基目标的落实过程中来实现的,不然只会是空中楼阁。所以对于一节课来说,目标应面向全体学生,做到针对性、操作性强,同时要重视知识技能的当堂达成度。从这个角度来说,吃透学生是另一种教育理念。目标高了,小学生达不到,自然丧失信心;低了,感觉没意思。目标的制订,要考虑好、中、差三类学生,要让差的有所得,中的有发展,好的有突破。这一点对于教师来说,吃透教材很重要。
