孙孚等 (1 994)提出了外频谱的概念 ,并推导出外频谱的理论形式 ,但其控制参量是由内频谱导出的 ,不便于实际应用。通过对实测海浪数据的分析 ,得到了控制外频谱的 3个和内频谱有关的参量与波浪要素之间的关系 ,进而将外频谱表示为以有效波高和有效波周期作为控制参量的形式。应用实测资料将本文得到的外频谱形式与理论外频谱进行了比较 ,发现二者符合良好。
Sun Fu et al. (1994) proposed the concept of extra-frequency spectrum and deduced the theoretical form of the extra-frequency spectrum, but its control parameters are derived from the inner frequency spectrum, which is inconvenient for practical application. Through the analysis of the measured ocean wave data, the relationship between the three parameters related to the inner frequency spectrum and the wave elements of the control outer frequency spectrum is obtained, and then the outer frequency spectrum is expressed as the effective wave height and effective wave period as the control parameters. By using measured data, we compare the FSB spectrum obtained in this paper with the theoretical FSB spectrum and found that the two are in good agreement.
