在当代中国,英文媒体随着网络的日益普及而逐步走进大学生的生活,大学生作为时代的先锋,无论是出于信息的需要还是英语学习的需要,都必然更多更广地利用它。由于受众的广泛性,英文媒体的利弊问题也因此屡被提及。这就需要对英文媒体进行“需”与“辨”的探讨,力争找出适用于大学英语媒介素养教育的普遍原则。
In contemporary China, the English media gradually walked into the life of college students with the increasing popularity of the Internet. As a vanguard of the times, college students are bound to make greater and wider use of it, both for information needs and for English learning. Due to the popularity of the audience, the pros and cons of English-language media have been repeatedly mentioned. This requires that the English media should be explored in terms of “need” and “identification”, so as to find a general principle applicable to media literacy education in college English.
