以蜂蜡作溶蚀性骨架材料，以乙酸／乙醇混合液作分散介质，按正交法筛选小剂量阿司匹林缓释颗粒的处方组成，将充填阿司匹林缓释颗粒的胶囊进行释放度试验。结果表明：缓释颗粒最佳处方为阿司匹林：蜂蜡。36％乙酸：无水乙醇=3g：7g：1．5ml：1．5ml，12h胶囊释出阿司匹林7627％±2．23％。
Using beeswax as erosive matrix material and acetic acid / ethanol mixture as dispersion medium, the formulation of low-dose aspirin sustained-release granules was screened by orthogonal method. The release rate of aspirin-loaded capsules was tested. The results showed that the best prescription of sustained release granules was aspirin: beeswax. 36% acetic acid: absolute ethanol = 3g: 7g: 1.5ml: 1.5ml, 12h capsule release aspirin 7627% ± 2.23%.
