近两年我们采用一个经过改造,致瘤能力增强的农杆菌新菌系A281,对原来连续几年实验的易结瘤和不易结瘤的大豆基因型进行了致瘤能力和效果的实验。用A281,C58,T37三个菌系对易结瘤的20份大豆基因型进行了致瘤能力的比较;用A281菌系对不易结瘤的88份大豆基因型进行了致瘤效果的观察,使67份不易结瘤的基因型也可结瘤。而对照组只有3份基因型可结瘤。实验证明:农杆菌新菌系A281对易结瘤大豆基因型不但和C58,T37具有相同的致瘤率,并且比其具有更强的致瘤能力。对不易结瘤的大豆基因型,产生了致瘤效果。这使一些不能结瘤的优良大豆类型,通过Ti质粒进行遗传改良成为可能。
In the past two years, we used a modified Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain A281 with enhanced tumorigenicity to test the ability of tumorigenesis and effectiveness of the easily-nodulated and non-nodulated soybean genotypes that have been tested for several years in a row. Toxoplasma capacity of 20 soybean cultivars with easy nodulation was compared with A281, C58 and T37. The pathogenicity of 88 soybean cultivars with non-nodulating A281 strain was observed by A281 strain. 67 non-nodulated genotypes were also nodulated. The control group only 3 genotypes can be nodulated. Experiments show that the new Agrobacterium strain A281 has the same tumorigenicity rate as C58 and T37 and has stronger tumorigenicity than that of C28 and T37. On the difficult to nodulate the soybean genotype, had a tumorigenic effect. This makes it possible to genetically modify some of the finest soybean types that can not nodulate through the Ti plasmid.
