本文采用脉冲非熔化极惰性气体保护焊(PC-GTA)对高镍铸造合金外环与18-8不锈钢内环进行了焊接,采用金相显微镜、电子探针和显微硬度计对焊接接头的组织、成分以及显微硬度进行了分析。结果表明,采用PC-GTA焊接方法并严格控制焊接工艺参数可以实现高镍铸造合金与18-8不锈钢的焊接;焊缝的显微组织主要为奥氏体+少量铁素体,熔合区是整个接头的薄弱部位,高镍铸造合金热影响区有少量铬的合金碳化物生成。
In this paper, pulsed non-melting inert gas shielded welding (PC-GTA) was used to weld the high-nickel cast alloy outer ring and the 18-8 stainless steel inner ring. The metallurgical microscope, electron probe and microhardness tester Organization, composition and microhardness were analyzed. The results show that the welding of high nickel cast alloy and 18-8 stainless steel can be realized by adopting PC-GTA welding method and controlling the welding process parameters strictly. The microstructure of weld is mainly austenite + a small amount of ferrite, the fusion zone is the whole Weak parts of joints, high nickel cast alloy heat affected zone a small amount of chromium alloy carbide generation.
