目的探索分析应用甲基强的松龙对重症哮喘急性发作患者实施院前急救的临床作用和效果。方法 96例重症哮喘急性发作患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组常规现场急症救治后予以地塞米松静脉注射,研究组常规现场急症救治后予以甲基强的松龙静脉注射,比较两组患者治疗前后呼吸频率、心率、血气指标变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的呼吸频率以及心率均较治疗前显著改善,且研究组患者的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的相关血气指标均有效改善,且研究组患者的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.25%,显著低于对照组的29.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重症哮喘急性发作患者应用甲基强的松龙实施院前急救,可以有效改善患者呼吸频率、心率以及血气指标,可以有效控制和减少不良反应发生,对于提升患者生活质量具有积极意义,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect and effect of methylprednisolone in the implementation of prehospital first aid in patients with severe acute asthma attacks. Methods A total of 96 patients with severe acute asthma attack were randomly divided into control group and study group, 48 cases each.
