本文研制了半自动氢化物装置,可用于各种液体试样的自动分析。每次分析后不需要拆卸反应瓶。砷、锑、铋、碲四种元素的测定灵敏度达到2~6×10~(-9)克,相对标准偏差2~3%。用该装置对镍基合金和钢铁中微量砷、锑、铋、碲进行了测定。8-羟基喹啉能消除镍、钴等元素对锑、铋测定的干扰。加邻菲啰啉能抑制镍、钴等元素加对碲测定的干扰。方法可用于测定砷、锑、铋和碲的含量低至0.0001%的样品。
This paper developed a semi-automatic hydride device can be used for automatic analysis of various liquid samples. There is no need to disassemble the reaction flask after each analysis. The determination sensitivity of arsenic, antimony, bismuth and tellurium is 2 ~ 6 × 10 -9 g with the relative standard deviation of 2 ~ 3%. Arsenic, antimony, bismuth and tellurium were measured in the nickel-base alloy and steel by this device. 8-hydroxyquinoline can eliminate nickel, cobalt and other elements of the determination of antimony, bismuth interference. Phenanthroline plus can inhibit the nickel, cobalt and other elements plus the interference of tellurium determination. The method can be used for the determination of arsenic, antimony, bismuth and tellurium content as low as 0.0001% of the sample.
