用美国全自动微生物分析仪及噬菌体技术检查珠海口岸1993年1～5月进口冻禽肉沙门氏菌污染情况,检出4株沙门氏菌,阳性检出率8.0%。所检出4株沙门氏菌均是从鸡翼中检出。表明进口冻禽肉尤其是冻鸡翼中存在严重的沙门氏菌污染。
Salmonella contamination of frozen poultry imported from January to May 1993 in Zhuhai Port was examined by automatic microbial analyzer and bacteriophage technology in the United States. Four strains of Salmonella were detected, the positive detection rate was 8.0%. Four strains of Salmonella were detected from chicken wing. It shows that there are serious Salmonella contamination in imported frozen poultry, especially frozen chicken wing.
