目的:研究藤茶双氢杨梅树皮素(APS)体内抗鸭乙肝病毒的作用。方法:选1日龄北京雏鸭,人工感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)。感染后第7天APS(70,150,300 mg.kg-1)口服给药,每天2次,共10 d。应用斑点杂交法观察用药前与用药后及停药后3 d血清中DHBV-DNA的表达。结果:于药后5,10天,150,300 mg.kg-1APS对感染鸭血清DHBV-DNA水平均有显著的抑制作用,且停药3 d未见明显的反跳现象。结论:APS有抑制乙肝病毒的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-duck hepatitis B virus effect of vine tea dihydromyricetin (APS) in vivo. METHODS: One-day-old Beijing ducklings were infected with duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV). On the 7th day after infection, APS (70, 150, 300 mg.kg-1) was orally administered twice a day for 10 days. Dot-blot hybridization was used to observe the expression of DHBV-DNA in the serum before and after the drug administration and 3 days after drug withdrawal. RESULTS: At 5 and 10 days after drug administration, 150,300 mg.kg-1APS significantly inhibited DHBV-DNA levels in infected ducks, and no significant rebound was observed on the 3rd day after drug withdrawal. Conclusion: APS inhibits the role of hepatitis B virus.
