采用涂有不同量的聚乙二醇1000(PEG1000)固定液和未涂固定液的402有机担体(高分子多孔微球),分离苯、甲苯、水和C_1—C_5醇。比较了固定液涂渍量对402有机担体色谱性能的影响,并与Celite 545硅藻土担体进行了对比。在402有机担体上涂不同极性的固定液:阿匹松—L(APiezon—L)、角鲨烷(Squalane)、聚乙二醇20000(PEG20M)、聚乙二醇1000(PEG1000)、聚二乙二醇已二酸酯(BDEGA)、1、2、3、4—四氰乙氧基丁烷(Cyano—B),作C_1—C_4酸和C_1—C_5醇的分离,考察了不同极性固定液对402有机担体色谱性能的影响。
Using different amounts of polyethylene glycol 1000 (PEG1000) fixative and uncoated 402 organic carrier (polymer porous microspheres), benzene, toluene, water and C 1 -C 5 alcohol were separated. The effect of the amount of fixing solution on the chromatographic performance of organic carrier 402 was compared with that of Celite 545 diatomite carrier. 402 organic carriers were applied with fixatives of different polarities: APEZONE-L, Squalane, PEG 200M (PEG 20M), PEG 1000 (PEG 1000), poly (BDEGA) and 1,2,3,4-tetracyanoethoxybutane (Cyano-B) were used to separate C 1 -C 4 acid and C 1 -C 5 alcohol.
