At present, most of the army’s establishment brigades and regimental grassroots units have mostly implemented the mode of intensive procurement and supply of supplies and materials by life service centers and material security rooms, namely, unified planning, procurement, processing, supply and settlement. In order to do this well and improve the efficiency of the use of funds, we should do the following: First, we must effectively change our concepts. The unit leaders should earnestly establish the same important idea of managing money and materials, thoroughly correct the prejudices of “heavy money and light goods”, reinforce the value of money and emphasize concepts, and enhance their sense of responsibility and standard of service
