目前,测定蔬菜中乐果农残主要使用外标法,仪器的重现性差,相对偏差达到10%左右,造成定量分析误差较大。产生重现性差的原因是PFD检测器测定乐果时信号的响应值有不断地增大的趋势,本文采用三唑磷为内标物,对仪器条件和处理方法进行了优化,较好地改善了测定方法的重现性,并且简化了处理方法,使样品前处理具有较好的可操作性和稳定性,方法的加标回收率达到92.2~105.0%。
At present, the determination of pesticide residues in vegetables mainly used external standard method, the reproducibility of the instrument is poor, the relative deviation of about 10%, resulting in large quantitative error. The reason of poor reproducibility is that the response value of the signal increases continuously when the PFD detector measures dimethoate. In this paper, triazophos as the internal standard, the instrument conditions and processing methods were optimized, better improved The repeatability of the determination method was simplified, and the processing method was simplified so that the sample pretreatment had good operability and stability. The recovery of the method was 92.2 ~ 105.0%.
