现行的《钢质焊接球形储罐技术条件》JB1127-82及国家标准《球形储罐施工及验收规范》征求意见稿,对球壳板几何尺寸的测量及公差要求见图1所示。在施工中对温带板几何尺寸 B 如何测量经常发生疑问,按图1要求是无法测量的,因为尺寸 B 的测量点无法标定,其次,图1所示尺寸均为弦长,通过测量弦长来标定球壳板的几何尺寸精度也不尽合理。经过多年现场实践,并参考国外引进球罐的球壳板尺寸标定方法,笔者推荐按图2进行标定测量,供有关同志参考。
