我厂是生产6250型柴油发电机组及气体机的企业,主要生产6250型40多个品种。为了占领船机市场,在产品功能不变的情况下,通过降低成本、用降低产品售价的办法、来吸引用户购买力。通过分析:我厂292KW船用发电机组由B6250ZCD(441kW、750r/min)柴油机将功率和转速降低至353kW、600r/rain情况下与无锡西门子电机(1F65—456—37A42)配套组成的。经过前一阶段的生产在B625021CD中尚存在着通用化程度不高,成本偏高,效益不明显等现象。为了改变这种不合理状况,用价值分析方法,对B625021CD船用柴油机的功能与成本进行了剖析,以求得在产品功能不变的情况下提高通用化程度,降低成本,剔除过剩功能。
Our factory is an enterprise that produces 6250 diesel generator sets and gas engines. It mainly produces 6250 type more than 40 varieties. In order to change this unreasonable situation, the function and cost of the B625021CD marine diesel engine were analyzed using the value analysis method to obtain the generalization degree, cost reduction, and excess function rejection in the case where the product function was unchanged.
