Objective To investigate the effects of tetrabromobisphenol A on the endocrine disrupting effect of adolescent female rats. Methods 19-day-old female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group and low, medium and high dose groups, 15 rats in each group. Tetrabromobisphenol A was given as feed, the dose was 0,2,6 And 18 mg / kg BW for 21 consecutive days. The vaginal opening time and estrous cycle of the rats were observed and recorded during the experiment. After the test, all the hematology, clinical biochemical indexes and hormone levels were measured, organ weighed and histopathological Physical examination. Results There was no significant difference in body mass, vaginal opening time, body mass, estrous cycle and hormones between the rats in each dose group and the control group (P> 0.05). The liver of each dose group (P <0.05). The result of blood test showed that in the high dose group, the number of thyroid gland and the number of thyroid gland in the low and high dose groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the platelet count and the platelet pressure of the rats in the dose group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The blood biochemical test results showed that the cholesterol and blood glucose levels of the rats in the medium and high dose groups, Compared with the control group, the content of HDL decreased significantly (P <0.05). The pathological changes of ovary, uterus, kidney, liver and thyroid did not show the abnormal changes caused by the test substance. Conclusion Tetrabromobisphenol A has effects on the liver, thyroid and blood glucose in adolescent female rats.
