LXI是继GPIB、VXI和PXI总线技术之后,基于以太网络的新一代自动测试系统模块化构架平台标准。LXI技术构建在久经证明的工业标准上,融合了GPIB仪器的高性能、VXI/PX I卡式仪器的小体积以及LAN的高速吞吐率,能够快速、高效率、高性价比的构建测试系统。介绍了LXI技术规范,分析了网络消息触发、IEEE-1588时钟同步触发和触发总线等三种定时与同步技术的原理,重点分析了LXI技术特点及其诸多优点,最后简要阐述了LXI的应用前景。
LXI is a modular architecture platform standard for next generation automatic test system based on Ethernet after GPIB, VXI and PXI bus technologies. Built on proven industry standards, LXI technology combines the high performance of GPIB instruments with the small size of VXI / PX I-card instruments and the high-speed throughput of LAN to build test systems quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. Introduces the LXI technical specification, analyzes the principles of network message trigger, IEEE-1588 clock synchronization trigger and trigger bus and other three kinds of timing and synchronization technology, focusing on the characteristics of LXI technology and its many advantages, and finally briefly describes the application prospects of LXI .
