研究了再结晶退火前的加工率、再结晶退火工艺对0.0045/0.005 mm超薄铝箔坯料性能及晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明,随着再结晶退火前加工率的增加及再结晶退火保温时间的延长,坯料的抗拉强度差异小,但伸长率≥40%的比例增加。当加工率达82.8%,再结晶退火保温8 h时,坯料伸长率≥40%的比例达90%,其晶粒大小均匀一致。采用该坯料生产的0.0045/0.005 mm超薄铝箔针孔最少,成品率最高。因此,超薄铝箔坯料的最佳生产工艺为:将6.0 mm厚度铸轧坯料轧至3.5 mm进行均匀化退火,然后经3道次轧至0.6 mm,最后进行360℃保温8 h的再结晶退火。
The effect of recrystallization annealing process on the properties and grain size of 0.0045 / 0.005 mm ultra-thin aluminum foil was studied. The results show that with the increase of the pre-recrystallization annealing rate and the prolongation of the recrystallization annealing time, the difference of tensile strength of the billet is small, but the proportion of elongation ≥40% increases.
