结构工资又称分解工资或组合工资,特点是将职工工资分解为可独立运动、相互间又有一定关联的若干工资单元,一般都含有工龄津贴(或年功工资)。1984年前,安庆石油化工总厂、北京皮革制品厂等企业已开始试行含有基础工资和年功工资的结构工资制。 1985年工资制度改革时,国家统一安排的工资制度规定,国家机关和事业单位实行结构工资制,包含工龄津贴;企业实行等级工资制,其中工人实行八级工资制,企业职工没有工龄津贴,但工资标准高于机关事业单位,两者工资标准水平大体相当。当时,
