目的探讨高压液相法测定血糖异常及糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)结果及临床意义,以便帮助糖尿病患者更好的控制血糖水平。方法利用高压液相法测定糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)值,检测糖尿病组115例,血糖异常组80例,正常对照组76例,将得到的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)结果同空腹血糖(FGB)结果进行对比。结果糖尿病组和血糖异常组空腹血糖(FBG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。讨论糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)值对糖尿病发生、发展是项重要辅助指标,血糖异常及糖尿病患者可根椐HbA1c值合理用药。糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)检测在技术上的优势使其还适合发现糖尿病的高危人群,使早预防、早检查、早诊断糖尿病成为可能。定期进行糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)检测,能够及早发现会发生糖尿病的高风险患者,还可以早期诊断糖尿病,可以把糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)检测作为普查糖尿病和健康体检人群的常规检验项目。
Objective To investigate the results of high-pressure liquid-phase method for the determination of glycemic hemoglobin (HbA1c) and its clinical significance in patients with diabetes mellitus and diabetes mellitus to help patients with diabetes better control their blood glucose levels. Methods HbA1c was measured by HPLC in 115 cases of diabetic group, 80 cases of abnormal glucose group and 76 cases of normal control group. HbA1c was compared with fasting blood glucose (FGB) results . Results The fasting blood glucose (FBG) and HbA1c in diabetic group and abnormal blood glucose group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). Discussion HbA1c value of diabetes is an important ancillary indicators for the development of indicators of abnormal blood glucose and diabetes patients can HbA1c value of rational use of medicine. The technical advantages of HbA1c testing make it also suitable for detecting people at high risk of diabetes, making early prevention, early detection, and early diagnosis of diabetes possible. Regular HbA1c testing can detect early-onset patients at high risk of developing diabetes and early diagnosis of diabetes. HbAlc testing can be used as a routine test for screening diabetes and healthy people.
