手术中对肿瘤性质的快速诊断,主要靠组织冰冻切片活检,但其技术复杂,且设备昂贵,一般基层医院无条件开展,我们应用微波辐射技术于手术中细胞印片进行快速诊断,其方法简单、时间短、费用低、确诊率高,适合基层医院运用。 1 材料与方法 1.1材料 选择本院手术中印片标本360例,良性肿瘤273例,占75.8%,恶性肿瘤87例,占24.2%,采用日立MR-8217型微波炉,频率2450MH2,输出功率900W,设1~6档。本实验用3档(400W)和2档(240W)。
The rapid diagnosis of tumors during surgery depends mainly on biopsy of frozen sections. However, the technique is complicated and the equipment is expensive. Generally, basic hospitals are unconditionally developed. We use microwave radiation technology to rapidly diagnose intraoperative printing of cells. The method is simple. Short time, low cost, high diagnosis rate, suitable for primary hospital use. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Material Selection 360 cases of surgical specimens were printed in this hospital, 273 cases were benign tumors, accounting for 75.8%, and 87 cases were malignant tumors, accounting for 24.2%. Hitachi MR-8217 microwave oven was used with frequency of 2450MH2 and output power of 900W. Set 1 to 6 files. This experiment uses 3 gears (400W) and 2 gears (240W).
