利用扫描电镜,结合计算机有限元计算研究了残余奥氏体对30CrMn2Si铸钢耐磨性影响。结果表明:在两体磨损条件下.残奥量为26%时耐磨性能最好;在三体冲击磨损条件下,冲击功为1.oJ,残奥在2.6%时耐磨性能最好;冲击功为4.OJ,残奥为2.25%时耐磨性能最好。二体磨损以犁沟和切削机制为主,三体磨损时磨损以凿削、疲劳机制为主。
The effect of residual austenite on the wear resistance of 30CrMn2Si cast steel was studied by SEM and computer simulation. The results show that: in the two body wear conditions.
