日本长崎大学工学院自动化研究所研制成功一种预防洪水灾害的预警监测系统。该系统以监测区域暴雨灾害数据为基本模数,把整个监测区域的外围河流、水道和水库设施的动态信息及相关变化模型输入系统中,在电脑屏幕上以三维主体图形显示出预测的可能洪灾范围的详细图示和资料。目前,这种系统已装备到45个城市和区域的防洪监测中,区域联网还可组成更大范围的监测系统,为预警和防灾方案设计提供了充足的前期准备时间。
Nagasaki University Institute of Automation Institute of Japan developed a successful early warning and monitoring system to prevent flood disasters. The system takes the monitoring data of rainstorm disaster as the basic module and inputs the dynamic information and related change models of the peripheral rivers, waterways and reservoirs in the whole monitoring area into the system, and displays the predicted possible flood on the computer screen with a three-dimensional main body graph Range of detailed illustrations and information.
